My wife can sign into Yahoo mail and it tells her how many email I have but it won't let her check and read the email. When she signs in it says it down then she can click home and it says how many email she has but still won't let her click and enter the mail. Please help

Give them an email address of yours that does work, that way they will have a way to correspond with you. I was having problems with mine and they were able to take care of the problem. Good Luck!
