Why can't I sign into 360 but I can log into messenger and email?

A while back, I was having connection issues with at%26amp;t to the point where they were making service calls three and four times a week. After much frustration I finally cancelled my internet service with them. Since that time I have not been able to log into 360. I get the error message that the page cannot be displayed. How can I resolve this problem? Or can I?

Your computer is having issues with an old ISP default loggin when you no longer have that ISP. It is automatically stopping you from logging in because it thinks you are trying to hack yourself! hehehe.. now that sounds bad huh? hehe





I think this might help you rid your browser of the lingering effects of the old ISP.. ( AT%26amp;T is as bad as AOL isn't it?)





Go to your browser tool bar to the Tools option and click it and then click onto delete browsing history.. delete everything there.. clean it out good and then go to the bottom of the list under the Tools option choose Internet options.. click onto all of the tabs and see if you can find the default ISP loggon that the browser has set as default for your browser and it should be your current ISP.. but if not then just change it and save it..

Click on Network and internet Connections


Click on network connetion your connetion icon to just hightlight it


At the very bottom of the page to the left is your internet connection ISP





l do not know if that will bring your old 360 up, but you can try.


And if not then set up a new 360 and try to remember some of your friends ID and you can get things set back up by link to your old page thru them
