Will they send you promotions? They say they do but I never see Forever 21 ever having any promotion codes. Or will they just send you notifications about sales?
I'd like to know from people who have signed up for them or know someone who has.

They do not send out promo codes. They have not had a promo code since I dont know when and I called to ask about promo codes for 2009 and they said there would not be any codes. They send you info of new things on their website, but you dont really need them to find the stuff on the website. They do not send too many emails though, only once in awhile.
