Why am I having to sign in several times to get to my email?
Assuming you have ticked the box when you sign in to keep you signed in for 2 weeks check that your browser is set to accept cookies (a cookie is a small piece of information stored by your browser that helps identify you). Depending on what browser your using follow the settings below to save cookies.





For Internet explorer.Go to tools%26gt;internet options%26gt;privacy%26gt;and set to medium. that will enable cookies to be saved.


close and restart the browser for the changes to take effect.





For Firefox click tools%26gt;options%26gt;privacy tab%26gt;accept cookies from site.
