I have road runner. I can sign on to other internet sites but can't sign onto yahoo to get email and I can't sign into yahoo messenger. I keep getting the cannot connect to server error or the DNS error. What do those mean and what can I do to correct it so I can sign on? I also have the same problem with signing on to AOL and their instant messenger.

Reply:I was having the same problem this morning I had to call my provider technical support they had to walk me through resetting my IP address
