Someone is using my email address to sign me up for services that I do not want on my Embarq home phone line.?

The have my adress and are using a false birthdate. How can I stop it, or change my email address

My name is Jenny and I work with Embarq online support team. I want to 1st apologize for someone using your email to sign you up for services. I assume these are appearing on your phone bill each month and that is how you know that some one is using your email address. It sounds like you need what we call a 3rd party billing block on the phone line. This is free of charge and if you like I will be happy to add to your line for you. This will prevent any charges from appearing on future bills and you will be able to keep your same email address.

Reply:Well You should call the Embarq Phone Line. If that doesn't work then cancel your service for Embarq. Other then that you could just go to their website and tell them about your problem and they will most likely reply back.
