Yahoo email sign in help?

for some reason i cant sign in on my yahoo mail im 100% sure im putting in the right password and id but it says its invalid and i know i didnt change my password can someone tell me wuz wrong

You are one of many. Loads of people are having this problem and Yahoo do not seem to have an answer. I had it a few weeks ago and it would not accept my PW or let me change it. It went OK as suddenly as it went wrong. Yahoo is definitely a bit rough at the moment. Good luck.

If none of this works, your account may have been hacked indeed. In case of a hacked account send a mail describing your problem to account-security-help @cc.yahoo-inc.com


Note: please delete the blank space between help and @ which I had to insert because Yahoo can't handle long addresses. If this doesn't help, call Yahoo: 1-408-349-1572, explain to a customer service person what happened. They will ask you to do certain things and then they compare your original info with the changed info. Within 24 hrs you should get your account back!
